My insurance won't pay up!

My health insurance denied my claim almost totaling $5000. Insurance states that I must submit a police report to them because of the subregation clause on my plan.

I am prompted to write this because, well, I am angry. I AM ANGRY. I am angry that this is what it is. I am ANGRY that we have to call and call and call and call before we finally get a curt, abrupt return phone call.
